Latest news: We will be migrating the Recruitment functionality from the Back Office to the Portal (phase 2.1) later in February 2020. Two project newsletters have been produced to prepare CoreHR users for this change. The first (circulated on 16 January) outlines the changes being made to the CoreHR training programme. This edition details the training that existing Recruitment users must undertake prior to go-live as well as provision for new starters.
The second newsletter (to be circulated w/c 3 February) will focus on preparing all CoreHR users for go-live, and will contain any key actions required by departments. Please read these newsletters carefully, particularly if you are a user of the Recruitment functionality (or if you will have any new starters joining you in the coming months who will be using this functionality of CoreHR).
CoreHR Upgrade project newsletters will be sent to all CoreHR users as and when the need to communicate key information about the project arises. Read the key articles previously contained within our newsletters, here.
While all CoreHR users will be informed of any essential project information, the role of a key contact includes more focused and/or specific areas of work. This may be consultation, responding to requests and queries, and providing feedback to the project team. Find out who your key contact is here: Key contacts for CoreHR Upgrade project (PDF)
Information about the upgrade will also be shared with the HRIS User Group via existing meetings.
