The graphs below provide an overview of the volume of incidents or queries dealt with by the HRIS Support Centre. Please note that due to a recent change in Service Management Tool the Incident stats are currently being redeveloped.

Total active CoreHR users = 560

 

Personnel

Total approved Staff Requests processed using the CoreHR system over the last 12 months = 5,375

Total New Starters, Rehires & No Shows processed using the CoreHR system over the last 12 months = 2,496

Total Leavers processed using the CoreHR system over the last 12 months = 2,398

 

e-Recruitment

Total number of Vacancies advertised using the CoreHR system over the last 12 months = 3,793

Total Applications processed via CoreHR for the above vacancies = 61,182

 

Training Administration

Total number of Courses administered through CoreHR, delivered in the last 12 months = 434

Total number of Delegates who booked to attend the above courses = 3990

Total HRIS Training Courses run in the last 12 months = 65

Total number of Delegates trained on the above courses = 391

Please note: the above usage statistics include information processed using the COREHR system on behalf of the University of Oxford and subsidiary companies for the period 1 March 2019 to 29 Feb 2020.
