Submit your HRIS User Access Form. Your HRIS Guardian should send the completed form to

STEP 3 Complete the HRIS Data Protection course and Individual User Agreement.

Recruitment and Personnel Administrators only: Read-only system access is granted. If you need to make changes in Recruitment and/or Personnel, proceed to Step 5.

STEP 5 Complete your CoreHR training.
STEP 6 Recruitment and Personnel Administrators only: System access is upgraded. You can now make changes in the system. 

Recruitment Administrators only
You will be invited to attend a workshop once you have been using CoreHR Recruitment for approximately two months, to consolidate your learning and retain ‘update’ access. This will also become a requirement for new Personnel users later this year.
