Training and access

The steps should be completed in the order in which they are listed. Where appropriate these actions can be completed by your line manager/colleague. If you have any questions about the guidance below, please contact us


1. Identify your training needs

Based on your level of required access the relevant training must be completed. Refer to What access and training do I need?

2. Complete user access form Complete and submit HRIS User Access Form and check local IT set up (see Access to CoreHR).

5. Complete data protection  Before any access can be granted, you will need to complete the Data Protection Training and Individual User Agreement. Once your User Access Form has been received we will prompt you by email to complete these, if you wish to complete these beforehand, please email
6. Attend training Once you have completed your mandatory training we will contact you with your login details.
