If you are joining a department that uses the HRIS Data Service, please see the table below.
Create and/or approve Staff Requests (the starting point for recruiting and setting up new employee appointments)

Manage new starters and leavers
Record employee changes (eg hours/contract type/address)
Approve pay for employees
Administer casual worker and casual teacher person and appointment records
All CoreHR users automatically gain access to Reporting, to extract data from the system. If you do not require any of the CoreHR roles listed, you can apply for Reporting Only access.
Run reports on some or all of the following: applicants, recruitment campaigns, staff data and historic payroll costing*.
