Leaving destination and activity after leaving

What is this data entry capturing?

The 'Leaving destination code' records the activity of staff after leaving employment at the University of Oxford.

The 'Location after leaving' field records the geographic location of a staff member’s employment following the end of their employment at the University of Oxford.

Which appointments need this information?

All departments, all staff who have left the University of Oxford that were on permanent, fixed-term, open ended and variable hours contracts.

Employee appointments which end and are replaced by a casual appointment must still be treated as leavers with regards to 'Destination on leaving' and 'Location after leaving' for data collection purposes.
