The reports below provide visual and interactive high-level recruitment data dashboards. These dashboards can be accessed by a broader audience, including EDI specialists, Athena Swan coordinators, and senior management teams. Data can be downloaded in various formats for further analysis. Recruitment reports to assist with operational HR tasks can be found here.

High level data

Tool: Tableau

Recruitment datasets, specifically designed to support Athena SWAN applications.

Data is included in the Athena_RecruitmentData Tableau workbook for the previous 5 reporting years on:

  • Vacancies advertised on the University jobs website between 01-AUG and 31-JUL for each reporting year
  • Vacancies that are closed and where data quality is complete and valid

Tool: Power BI

The Internal Mobility dashboard provides high-level, aggregated insights to support the University’s focus on internal mobility and the wider People Strategy. The dashboard data includes all role groups (academic, research and professional services) and can be filtered (including by division and department). It does not contain any personal data.

The dashboard is currently available to colleagues with a HR remit as part of their work (includes for example senior management teams, HAFs, HoDs and EDI specialists).

If access to the dashboard would support your work, please request access by completing this form. Requests will be reviewed by the Internal Mobility Team, and access will be issued by email within one month of form submission. High-level staff and recruitment activity, including turnover and recruitment campaigns across the University, which can be filtered by division and department.
