The reports below provide visual and interactive high-level people data dashboards. These dashboards can be accessed by a broader audience, including EDI specialists, Athena Swan coordinators, and senior management teams. Data can be downloaded in various formats for further analysis. Reports to assist with operational HR tasks can be found here.

Note: Users of PeopleXD (or HR Reporting tool) automatically have access to the high-level staff data dashboards.

Staff overview datasets, specifically designed to support Athena SWAN applications.

This dataset provides an overview of employees within a department/faculty at 31 July each year. Employees are divided into three groups based on their staff classifications in PeopleXD and other details in the PeopleXD appointment records such as grade and professorial title.

  • Academic (grade 6+, staff class AC, AR, AP; all titular professors)

  • Research (grade 6+, staff class AR or AP; not titular professors)

  • Professional and support (all grades, all other staff classifications not AC, AR, AP)

The intended user group for these is those staff who have a direct role in EDI based work rather than those with a general interest.

Set of dashboards that allow for more granular analysis of EDI related data, which goes deeper than the existing equalities information that is available. The increased granularity is intended to help our EDI specialists formulate new policy, measure the efficacy of existing policies and complete data returns etc.
