Staff with HR responsibilities can gain access to PeopleXD and/or HR Reporting only. Those with access to PeopleXD will be assigned access to HR Reporting and Tableau (providing high level staff data summaries) by default. To request access to Tableau only, or to additional data, such as Athena SWAN or Payroll costing, click here for instructions.

Your access is determined by the system roles assigned to you. Identify which system roles you require, below.

HR systems online training is hosted via the University's CoSy system. Read also 'How to book training via CoSy' (on the right).

* Note: Users must also have the People Management Administrator system access role, it can be given as a stand alone access role.  

Reporting (HR Reporting tool and Tableau server)

All PeopleXD users automatically gain access to the HR Reporting tool. The type of data that you will be able to access will be based on your PeopleXD access. You will also get access to a limited selection of high level data/staff dashboards (with anonymised data) via Tableau.  

Only request the 'Reporting Only' role if you will not be a user of PeopleXD but will need to report on the HR data stored within the system.
