Overview of the recruitment functionality in CoreHR and guidance on basic navigation of this system, including identifying where key information can be located.
Preparing the vacancy for advertising
Update your vacancy ready for advertising on the University’s website or Internal Jobs Board.
Managing applications and selection process
System guidance of the processes required post vacancy deadline. This includes system steps relating to generating shortlisting packs, screening of applicants, creation of interview schedules, and system management of applicants through the interview process.
Offering employment and managing rejections
Some of the final system steps completed at the end of the selection process, including offering to the successful applicant and managing unsuccessful candidates.
This hands-on workshop will help to consolidate your learning and give you the opportunity to ask questions and get additional guidance on key processes and system steps.
Please note that this workshop is currently delivered remotely. Due to the recent upgrade to v28 the next course will be run in November allowing time for users to become familiar with version 28 functionality.
