What is Whatfix?
An interactive ‘Self-Help’ tool designed to guide users through system processes, by offering on-screen help tips. The tool currently provides guidance for creating Staff Requests in PeopleXD.
How do I get started?
To begin, you must install a browser extension. This is a one off-task for each device you use. For Chrome and Edge users.
- Copy and paste this link into your internet browser and press return on your keyboard:
- Read through the brief instructions on the internet browser window.
- Follow the instructions (as per point 2).
Safari users: we will provide separate guidance shortly.
How can it help me?
Reduces the need to navigate away from PeopleXD to the HR Systems website for guidance, by offering users on-screen ‘help tips’ on key fields, step-by-step guidance and search for How-to guides. By having the guidance at the point of data entry, it also aims to avoid data errors.
