The Data Service provision assists with the following:
- Data quality checking and cleansing exercises across the full breadth of HR System functionality, including Recruitment and People Management.
- Bulk updates, eg organisational restructures.
- TUPE and mass transfers.
- Assisting with mass updates affecting Reward and/or Payroll processes, eg annual pay uplifts.
- Data entry support for HR Systems projects.
- Processing of equality data for applicants, where submitted via paper/electronic forms.
