Add and manage UDFs in PeopleXD - new starter UDFs

The below should be completed once new starter has provided their details through Onboarding (HR Self-Service)

• Appointment new starter checks 
• New starter additional details 
• Previous HEI/UK university employment (auto-populated from Onboarding)

• Academic title
• White book (academic staff listing)
• Discipline taught/researched (normally completed in HR Self-Service Onboarding and auto-synched with PeopleXD record). Not required for casual or TSS workers.
• NHS contract details (normally completed in HR Self-Service Onboarding, but requires manual entry into PeopleXD record by HR)

• NHS clinical details and clinical speciality and sub-specialty (normally completed through HR Self-Service Onboarding, to be extracted and manually entered by HR)
• EJRA (working beyond the University's Employer Justified Retirement Age)
• Online payslip exception (exceptional circumstances only)
• Overseas working
