Online shortlisting - Uploading documents for the panellists

The recruitment administrator controls the documents that are uploaded to a vacancy and where these are visible. Examples of documents which you may wish to share with the panel are the Job Description and Selection Criteria, a shortlisting template, any guidance for panellists on shortlisting etc. 

Please note: We would not recommend sharing documentation with applicant details via this route and care should always be made to ensure that documents are set to be shared with the right settings (e.g. only the online interview panel may be selected for certain documents).

 

Navigation: Recruitment Dashboard > Vacancies > Edit Vacancy > Vacancy Profile > Documents

  1. Click upload document and find the document you would like to upload.
  2. Click the ellipsis button for the document and chose Options.
  3. Ensure that the Online Interview Panel option is only enabled for any documents that should be made available on the Interview Panel screen
  4. Provide a name eg Shortlisting form
  5. Click Save

These steps should be repeated for each document
