4. Edit, delete or copy a request

This section provides guidance on how to:

  • edit or delete a staff request that has not yet been submitted; and
  • copy a previously submitted staff request.

You can edit or delete a staff request that has been saved, but not yet submitted. Once a Staff Request has been submitted for approval, no changes can be made.

Navigation path: Employee Dashboard > Recruitment > Staff Requests > View 

 

  1. Locate the Staff Request in the Planned list.

  2. Click on the ellipsis against your request and select edit/delete.

You can create a new request by copying an existing request, where: 

  • a staff request was rejected by the Approver, and updates and resubmission are required; or

  • a previously created request is similar and the request being copied followed ‘Option A: Create a New Request’ (refer to Staff Request and Contract and Decision tool).

  1. To copy a request, click on the ellipsis and select copy.
