In line with other one-off payments, payments made under the Recognition Scheme and the non-recurrent awards under Awards for Excellence are paid by Payroll, following receipt of a notification form, available from the Reward Team's website.
Nominations for these awards must be recorded in the system as per the guidance in this guide.
